Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not marked final sale. For hygiene reasons, beauty and skincare items cannot be returned if opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days once the return is received and approved. If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders can be canceled before they have shipped.
